Introduction
This course provides participants with practical financial management
training carefully designed to meet the real needs of staff working
behind the scenes at head offices and in the field. The skills learned
will enable them to integrate financial management with other functions
of the organization. The course incorporates an interpretation of
the current 'Statement Of Recommended Auditing and Accounting Practice'
(SORAAPs). It encourages managers of all organizations, especially
NGOs and CBOs, to pursue value-for-money approach to the organizations
